摘 要:电梯作为现在高层的主要运输工具,钢丝绳和曳引轮的磨损直接影响人员乘梯的舒适度及运行安全性,其磨损将引起电梯产生噪声和振动,严重影响电梯的使用寿命。曳引轮与悬挂钢丝绳间的摩擦磨损是影响电梯运行安全和寿命的重要因素。下面针对一则检验案例,从曳引轮与曳引绳的摩擦磨损出发,剖析曳引轮磨损的原因,提出了改善电梯运行安全,延长使用寿命的方法,并提出了相应的整改措施。As the main transportation tool for high-rise buildings,the wear and tear of steel wire ropes and traction wheels directly affect the comfort and safety of personnel riding the elevator.Its wear and tear will cause noise and vibration in the elevator,seriously affecting its service life.The friction and wear between the traction wheel and the suspension steel wire rope are important factors affecting the safety and service life of elevator operation.The following is an inspection case,starting from the friction and wear between the traction wheel and the traction rope,analyzes the causes of traction wheel wear,proposes methods to improve elevator operation safety,extend service life,and proposes corresponding rectification measures.
