摘 要:研发高效稳定的双功能电催化剂以增强锌-空气电池中析氧反应(OER)和氧还原反应(ORR)的性能,是实现可持续能源转换与存储系统的关键。采用一步电沉积法和碱刻蚀工艺制备了一种表面富含缺陷和介孔的NiFe层状双氢氧化物纳米片包裹Pd纳米颗粒的核壳结构(Pd/D-NiFe-LDH)。由于具有核壳结构、丰富的缺陷和增多的活性位点,Pd/D-NiFe-LDH表现出优异的催化活性,在10 mA·cm^(-2)电流密度下,其OER的电位与ORR半波电位之差仅为0.69 V。基于Pd/D-NiFe-LDH的液态锌-空气电池和准固态柔性锌-空气电池的最大功率密度分别达到114.7和89.4 mW·cm^(-2),长期循环测试结果分别超过了400和150 h。Developing efficient and stable bifunctional electrocatalysts to enhance the performance of the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)in zinc-air batteries is a key challenge in achieving sustainable energy conversion and storage systems.A one-step electrodeposition method combined with alkali etching process was employed to fabricate a core-shell structured Pd nanoparticles encapsulated by NiFe layered double hydroxide(LDH)nanosheets rich in surface defects and mesopores(Pd/D-NiFe-LDH).Due to its core-shell architecture,abundant defects,and increased active sites,Pd/D-NiFe-LDH exhibited outstanding catalytic activity,with an OER overpotential at 10 mA·cm^(-2)current density only 0.69 V higher than the ORR half-wave potential.The maximum power densities of liquid-state zinc-air batteries and quasi-solid-state flexible zinc-air batteries based on Pd/D-NiFe-LDH reach 114.7 and 89.4 mW cm-2 respectively,and long-term cycling test results exceed 400 and 150 h respectively.
