摘 要:采用水热法和化学还原法制备了Au纳米颗粒(NP)负载Co_(3)(HITP)_(2)@ZIF-67复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对所合成材料的微观形貌和晶相进行表征分析。同时,制备了基于Au NP负载Co_(3)(HITP)_(2)@ZIF-67复合材料的气体传感器件,研究了其在室温下对H_(2)S的气敏特性。测试结果表明,相比纯的ZIF-67气体传感器无法在室温下对H_(2)S进行气敏检测,负载Au纳米颗粒的Co_(3)(HITP)_(2)@ZIF-67复合材料的气体传感器在室温下对体积分数为20 ppm(1 ppm=1×10^(-6))的H_(2)S气体响应可达到2.7,响应/恢复时间分别为64 s/99 s,且具有较好的选择性、重复性和长期稳定性。Au nanoparticles(NPs)loaded Co_(3)(HITP)_(2)modified ZIF-67 composites(Au NPsCo_(3)(HITP)_(2)@ZIF-67)were prepared by hydrothermal and chemical reduction methods.The morphology and crystalline phases of the as-synthesized materials were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS).Meanwhile,a gas sensor based on Au NP loaded Co_(3)(HITP)_(2)@ZIF-67 composite was prepared,and its gas sensitivity to H2S at room temperature was investigated.The test results show that compared with the pure ZIF-67 gas sensor,the gas sensor of Au NPs-Co_(3)(HITP)_(2)@ZIF-67 composites can achieve a response of 2.7 to H2S gas with a volume fraction of 20 ppm(1 ppm=1×10^(-6))at room temperature,and the response/recovery time is 64 s/99 s,and it has a good selectivity,repeatability and long-term stability.
