摘 要:香榧籽油营养丰富,保健功能高。文章旨在探究香榧籽油中金松酸的最适宜的提取工艺。运用尿素包埋法,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法对香榧籽油中金松酸的提取制备工艺进行优化。结果表明,尿素包埋提取香榧籽油中金松酸的最佳实验条件为:结合时间2.07 h、尿素质量33 g、结合温度68.93℃,在此条件下,香榧籽油中的金松酸最佳提取量是4.53 g。Chinese torreya seed oil is rich in nutrients and has high health care functions.The purpose of this study was to explore the most suitable extraction process of sciadonic acid from Chinese torreya seed oil.The urea embedding method was used to optimize the extraction and preparation process of sciadonic acid from Chinese torreya seed oil by response surface method on the basis of single factor test.The results showed that the optimal experimental conditions for urea-embedded extraction of sciadonic acid from Chinese torreya seed oil were as follows:binding time 2.07 h,urea 33 g,binding temperature 68.93℃,and the optimal extraction amount of sciadonic acid from Chinese torreya seed oil was 4.53 g.
