常家沟流域水文特性及防洪设计分析

摘　　要：常家沟流域位于新疆哈密市,属于典型的内陆河流域,受气候、地形、水文等因素的影响,具有水资源缺乏、洪水频发、泥沙严重等特点。基于常家沟流域的实际情况,分析其气温、降水、蒸发、径流量、洪水水位、输沙量等水文特性,并根据城市防洪工程设计规范,提出防洪设计方案,以保障下游城市的防洪安全和经济发展。The Changjiagou basin is located in Hami city,Xinjiang.It is a typical inland river basin.Affected by climate,topography,hydrology and other factors,it has the characteristics of water shortage,frequent floods,and serious sediment.Based on the actual situation of the Changjiagou basin,its hydrological characteristics,including temperature,precipitation,evaporation,runoff,flood level,sediment transport,etc.,are analyzed,and according to the design specifications of urban flood control projects,a flood control design plan is proposed to ensure the flood control safety and economic development of downstream cities.
