摘　　要：围岩及衬砌结构的稳定性分析是深埋隧洞岩体力学研究的重要课题,在考虑岩石材料弹塑性的基础上,选用ANSYS软件建立秦岭深埋TBM施工输水隧洞结构的三维有限元仿真模型,对不良地质Ⅳ类围岩洞段的开挖支护施工过程采用软件程序中的生死单元功能进行处理,分析毛洞开挖、初期支护、管片衬砌过程中岩体和衬砌结构的位移变形和应力分布特征,结果显示,TBM施工不良地质Ⅳ类围岩洞段开挖后的岩体和管片衬砌结构是安全、可靠的,最大压应力主要分布在洞周围岩和衬砌结构侧墙部位,在围岩和衬砌结构顶拱120°范围内压应力等值线分布密集,应力比较集中。研究结果可为秦岭深埋TBM施工隧洞设计、施工、运行提供参考。The stability analysis of surrounding rock and lining structure is an important topic in the study of rock mechanics of deep-buried tunnels.Based on the elastoplasticity of rock materials,ANSYS software is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element simulation model of the water conveyance tunnel structure in Qinling deep-buried TBM construction.The excavation and support construction process of the IV-type surrounding rock section of the unfavorable geology is processed by the life and death unit function in the sofware program,and the displacement deformation and stress distribution characteristics of the rock mass and lining structure during the excavation,initial support and segment lining of the tunnel are analyzed.The rock mass and segment lining structure after excavation of class IV surrounding rock section in TBM construction are safe and reliable.The maximum compressive stress is mainly distributed in the surrounding rock of the tunnel and the side wall of the lining structure.In the range of 120°of the top arch of the surrounding rock and lining structure,the distribution of compressive stress is dense and the stress is relatively concentrated.The research results can provide reference for the design,construction and operation of Qinling deep-buried TBM construction tunnel.
