摘  要:为研究母源抗体对鸡免疫禽流感-新城疫灭活疫苗后抗体效价的影响及其变化规律,试验将1日龄鸡苗随机分成A、B两组,分别于1、7日龄接种禽流感(H9)-新城疫二联灭活疫苗,并在1、7、21、35、42日龄分别采血,HI试验测定禽流感和新城疫抗体效价,试验期42 d。结果显示:A、B两组鸡免疫21d后禽流感抗体效价持续下降并达到最低值,A组禽流感抗体下降速度和幅度较B组高,禽流感抗体阳性率21日龄最低,A组抗体阳性率较B组低约30%,A组抗体效价明显低于B组(P<0.05);A、B两组新城疫抗体效价持续下降,21日龄达到最低值,28日龄开始上升,35日龄达到峰值,两组间各日龄抗体效价、峰值均无显著差异(P>0.05),A组新城疫抗体效价下降和上升的速度较B组慢。结果表明高母源抗体对禽流感灭活疫苗免疫后抗体效价影响较大,在高母源抗体基础上免疫禽流感疫苗,影响免疫后抗体效价的上升速度和幅度;高母源抗体对新城疫灭活疫苗免疫后效价影响较小,早免疫能有效保护鸡群。The study aimed to investigate the influence of maternal antibodies on the antibody titers and their changing patterns after immunization with inactivated vaccines against avian influenza(AI) and Newcastle disease(ND) in chickens.The experiment divided 1-day-old three-yellow chickens randomly into two groups,A and B,and vaccinated the chickens with inactivated bigeminal vaccine of avian influenza(H9) and Newcastle disease at 1 day and 7 days of age,respectively.To collect blood samples at 1,7,21,35,and 42 days of age and determine the antibody titers of AI and ND using hemagglutination inhibition(HI) test assay.The experimental period was 42 days.The results showed that the AI antibody titers continued to decrease to the lowest value after immunization for 21 days in groups A and B.The rate and magnitude of AI antibody decrease in group A were greater than those in group B.The positivity rate of AI antibody was the lowest at 21 days of age,and that of group A was about 30% lower than that of group B,and the antibody titers of Group A was significantly lower than that of Group B(P<0.05).The antibody titers of ND continued to decline to the lowest value at 21 days of age in two groups,then to rise at 28 days of age,and to reach the peak value at 35 days of age.There was no significant difference in antibody titers and peak values between the two groups at each age(P>0.05).The rate of decrease and increase in antibody titer of ND in Group A was slower than that in Group B.The study showed that high maternal antibodies had a significant impact on the effect of inactivated AI vaccine.High maternal antibodies affected the rate and magnitude of antibody titer increasing and decreasing after immunization with AI vaccines.High maternal antibodies have relatively small impact on effect of inactivated ND vaccine,and early immunization can effectively protect chicken flocks.
