摘　　要：防水材料的耐久性关系到建筑物的耐久和安全,介绍了SBS改性沥青防水卷材、TPO防水卷材、PVC防水卷材、聚氨酯防水涂料及MS密封胶5种典型高分子类防水材料的耐久性要求及研究现状,并指出目前研究的不足,提出了研究方向的建议。The durability of waterproof materials is related to the durability and safety of buildings.The durability requirements and research status of 5 typical polymer waterproof materials such as SBS modified asphalt waterproofing material,TPO waterproofing material,PVC waterproofing material,polyurethane waterproofing coating and MS sealant are introduced.The shortcomings of current research are pointed out and suggestions for research directions are proposed.
