摘  要:基于粉煤灰地聚物稳定土的优势,以2种细度低钙粉煤灰为原料,采用氢氧化钠和水玻璃2种激发剂,通过3种制样方式,研究对地聚物稳定土无侧限抗压强度的影响。结果表明,影响无侧限抗压强度的程度由大到小依次为制样方式、激发剂种类、粉煤灰细度;7 d龄期时,NaOH较Na_(2)SiO_(3)激发粉煤灰基地聚物稳定土无侧限抗压强度提升较高;28 d龄期时,Na_(2)SiO_(3)激发效果更好;采用不闷土直接制样较闷土后按序搅拌制样的无侧限抗压强度提升约30%~50%。SEM及孔隙分析发现,材料中的孔隙主要被地聚物胶凝产物填充,孔隙率显著降低,明显提高了稳定土的抗压强度。In this paper,based on the advantages of fly ash geopolymer-stabilized soil,two kinds of low-calcium fly ash was used as the raw material,sodium hydroxide and water glass as the exciter to study the factors affecting the unconfined compressive strength of the geopolymer stabilized silty soil through three kinds of sample preparation method.The results show that among the three influencing factors,sample preparation method has the greatest influence on the unconfined compressive strength,followed by the type of activator and the fineness of fly ash.At 7 days of curing,the unconfined compressive strength of fly ash-based geopolymer stabilized soil activated by NaOH demonstrated a greater increase compared to that activated by Na_(2)SiO_(3).However,at the 28-day curing mark,the activation effect of Na_(2)SiO_(3) on the soil’s strength surpassed that of NaOH.Directly mixed components exhibit unconfined compressive strengths that are 30%to 50%higher than those of sequentially mixed components that have undergone soil confinement.Through SEM observation and pore analysis of the specimens under different factors,it was found that the gap in the material was mainly filled by the generated geopolymer gel material,to reduce the porosity and improve the compressive strength of the stabilized soil.
