摘 要:农村地籍变更测量成果是推动农村生产力发展的重要信息数据保障之一,对测量方法的精确性和效率提出了较高要求。针对传统农村地籍变更测量方法中存在的点位误差过大问题,本文提出了一种基于无人机数字航空摄影测量技术的农村地籍变更测量方法。通过简化测绘步骤和优化确权登记调查流程,构建了高效的农村地籍变更测量模型。试验结果显示:与另外两种传统测量方法相比,提出的方法在点位误差均值上分别减少了0.525 m和0.656 m,显著提高了测量精度,更符合农村地籍变更的实际需求,对于推动农村土地管理信息化、智能化发展具有积极的理论和实践价值。The results of rural cadastral survey are one of the important information and data guarantees for promoting the development of rural productivity,which puts forward higher requirements for the accuracy and efficiency of survey methods.In response to the problem of excessive point errors in traditional rural cadastral change measurement methods,a rural cadastral change measurement method based on unmanned aerial vehicle digital aerial photogrammetry technology is proposed in this study.By simplifying the surveying and mapping steps and optimizing the process of property rights registration and investigation,an efficient rural cadastral change surveying model is constructed.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this study reduces the average point error by 0.525 meters and 0.656 meters respectively compared with the other two traditional measurement methods,significantly improves the measurement accuracy and better meets the actual needs of rural cadastral changes.Therefore,it has positive theoretical and practical value for promoting the informatization and intelligent development of rural land management.
