摘 要:在全球经济结构迅速变化和科技革命深入发展的背景下,新质生产力成为推动建筑行业创新的重要力量。深入探讨新质生产力在建筑施工测量技术中的应用,分析其带来的变革和挑战,并预测其未来发展方向。通过集成建筑信息模型(BIM)、智能传感器、无人机测量和激光扫描技术,新质生产力优化了设计和施工过程,提高了安全性;相比传统测量方法,项目节约了22%的成本,完工时间提前20%,为行业专业人士和学者提供了有价值的参考。Against the backdrop of rapid changes in the global economic structure and deepening technological revolution,new quality productivity has become a driving force for innovation in the construction industry.The application of new quality productivity in construction surveying technology is explored,its changes,challenges get analyzed,and its future development gets predicted in this paper.Through integrating Building Information Modeling(BIM),smart sensors,drone surveying and laser scanning technology,the new productivity has significantly optimized the design and construction process,so then enhance its safety.Compared with the traditional surveying methods,this integration has achieved a 22% cost savings and completed projects by 20%ahead of schedule which provides valuable reference for industry professionals and scholars.
