基于“心肾不交”理论探讨张晓峰教授治疗绝经前后诸证经验

摘　　要：绝经前后诸证是指妇女在绝经期前后出现身体及心理的一系列不适症状。相当于西医学的围绝经期综合征。张晓峰教授认为肾阴虚、心火旺,心肾不交、水火不济是其核心病机,以妇女生理特点为基础,根据围绝经期“肾气虚、天癸竭”的特殊生理,以滋阴泻火、燮理阴阳、交通心肾为治法,自拟坎离交泰汤治疗绝经前后诸证,且中医辨证为“心肾不交”型,疗效显著。Menopausal syndrome refers to a series of physical and psychological discomfort symptoms that women experience before and after menopause.It is equivalent to the perimenopausal syndrome in Western medicine.Professor ZHANG Xiaofeng believes that the core pathogenesis of this disease is kidney Yin deficiency,excessive heart and fire,heart kidney failure,and water fire imbalance.Based on the physiological characteristics of women,according to the special physiology of“kidney Qi deficiency and Tian Gui exhaustion”during the perimenopause period,the treatment method is to nourish Yin and eliminate fire,harmonize Yin and Yang,and connect the heart and kidney.He has self formulated Kanli Jiaotai decoction to treat various syndromes before and after menopause,and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is“heart kidney failure”type,with significant therapeutic effects.
