摘 要:本文以风电制氢工程为研究对象,构建了考虑经济、环境、技术和社会四方面的多维投资效益评价指标体系,形成基于多准则决策理论的工程投资效益评价模型。利用三角模糊数实现定性信息的表述和处理;将逐步加权评估比率分析法与熵值法结合形成组合赋权法以计算指标的组合权重;采用多属性边界近似区域比较法实现备选方案的优选排序。通过算例分析表明,该模型具有较好的可操作性和合理性,并根据分析结果为投资者给出决策建议。This paper takes wind power hydrogen production project as the research object,constructs a multi-dimensional investment benefit evaluation index system considering economy,environment,technology and society,and forms a project investment benefit evaluation model based on multi-criteria decision theory.The expression and processing of qualitative information are realized by using triangular fuzzy numbers.The combination weighting method is formed by combining the stepwise weighted evaluation ratio analysis method with the entropy method to calculate the combination weights of indicators.The multi-attribute border approximation area comparison is used to prioritize the alternatives.The example analysis shows that the model has good operability and rationality,and gives decision-making suggestions for investors according to the analysis results.
