摘　　要：产能利用率提升是我国产业结构转型和经济高质量发展的重要环节。尽管当前关于国际贸易提升产能利用率的研究已引起学界的关注,但尚未从贸易网络的视角对此进行研究。本文深入考察了贸易网络深化对企业产能利用率的影响及其作用机制,研究发现贸易网络深化显著提升了企业产能利用率,这一结论在处理潜在内生性问题之后依然稳健。贸易网络深化主要通过降低企业搜寻成本、提高外部知识获取能力和加剧市场竞争渠道促进企业产能利用率的提升。异质性分析发现,贸易网络深化对内资企业、一般贸易企业、大规模企业以及非劳动密集型行业内企业有更强的产能利用率提升效应。同时,本文还区分进口和出口贸易网络并对其进行了深入的研究,研究发现进出口贸易网络深化均能提升企业的产能利用率。此外,本文还检验了数字中国对贸易网络深化的产能化解作用的调节效应,发现在互联网发展程度越高的地区,贸易网络深化的产能利用率提升效果越强。最后,基于产业关联视角的研究发现,同行业和下游行业中心度均能够显著提升产能利用率。本文研究为我国促进更高层次对外开放、提升贸易质量和水平以有效提升企业产能利用率提供了新的路径。Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic construction has had tremendous achievements,with a significant increase in social productivity and a remarkable improvement in people’s lives.Moreover,it has gradually moved toward the“center”of the international trade network.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the Belt and Road initiative,the trade network density of countries along the Belt and Road has increased,gradually deepening China’s trade network.However,with the rapid development of the Chinese economy,there is a widespread problem of overcapacity in its manufacturing industry.Overcapacity has gradually become a critical issue that affects microeconomic benefits and restricts stable and rapid macroeconomic growth.It has also become the root cause of prominent contradictions and many problems in the operation of the Chinese economy.In the context of the aforementioned reality and theory,this article uses data on Chinese industrial enterprises from 2000 to 2013,as well as import and export trade data from Chinese customs and the CEPII-BACI data system,to deeply study the impact and mechanism of deepening enterprise trade on enterprise capacity utilization.The contributions of this article to the literature are as follows:First,existing research mainly studies the impact of international trade on capacity utilization from the perspectives of import and export trade volume,import and export trade characteristics,and trade liberalization.Unlike the existing research,this article systematically studies the impact of deepening trade networks on enterprise capacity utilization,enriching and expanding relevant research on the determinants of enterprise capacity utilization from a social network perspective.Second,there is a wealth of literature on the impact of trade networks deepening on corporate behavior,but existing literature has mainly focused on the domestic value-added rate of exports,corporate innovation,and corporate environmental performance.This article explores the direct imp
