摘　　要：推动产业绿色化数字化融合发展是加快建设现代化产业体系的重要举措,也是实现我国经济高质量发展的关键途径。产业绿色化发展支撑产业数字化发展,数字技术赋能产业绿色化,数据要素驱动产业绿色化,在充分认识产业绿色化、产业数字化发展现状前提下,在深入掌握产业绿色化、数字化融合发展基本规律和互动逻辑基础上,要围绕绿色能源产业、人工智能产业、科技服务产业、先进材料产业、先进制造产业和数字经济产业布局重点产业和优化产业生态,坚持以下重要着力点加快推动产业绿色化数字化融合发展:加快低碳关键共性技术研发,实现产业绿色化技术赋能;夯实“绿能”产业基础,带动供应链提质增效;推动重点领域零碳标准制定,建立健全零碳标准体系;构建全球绿色技术知识产权共同体,促进绿色技术知识产权互联互通;构建绿色化数字化技术国际合作网络,推动绿色化数字化技术和产业国际协作;坚持“走出去”“引进来”相结合,推进绿色化数字化产业项目国际合作落地;打好贸易投资组合拳,构建全球绿色化数字化产业链体系;提高绿色化数字化融合服务水平,增强创新创业主体积极性;提高绿色化数字化融合金融服务能力,增强绿色化数字化融合动力;提升绿色化数字化融合财税支撑能力,增强绿色化数字化融合推力;发挥平台推介服务优势,激发绿色化数字化融合潜力;发挥技术动态跟踪优势,强化绿色化数字化产业链供应链风险保障力。Promoting the green and digital integration of industries is an important measure to accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system and a key way to achieve high-quality economic development in China.Industrial green development supports industrial digital development,digital technology empowers industrial greening,and data elements drive industrial greening.On the premise of fully understanding the current situation of industrial green and digital development,and based on a deep understanding of the basic laws and interactive logic of industrial green and digital integration development,we should prioritize the layout of the industrial ecosystem around the green energy industry,artificial intelligence industry,technology service industry,advanced materials industry,advanced manufacturing industry,and digital economy industry,and adhere to the following important focus to accelerate the industrial green and digital integrated development:accelerating the research and development of low-carbon key common technologies,and achieving the empowerment of green technologies in industries;consolidating the foundation of the"green energy"industry,and driving the improvement of supply quality and efficiency in the industrial chain;promoting the formulation of zero carbon standards in key areas,and establishing a sound zero carbon standard system;building a global community of green technology intellectual property rights,and promoting interconnectivity of green technology intellectual property rights;building an international cooperation network for"green and digital"technology,and promoting international cooperation in"green and digital"technology and industries;adhering to the combination of going out and introducing,and promoting the launching of international cooperated projects in terms of"green and digital"industries;making a good combination of trade and investment,and building a global"green and digital"industrial chain system;improving the level of"green and digital"integrated services,and enhancing the
