摘　　要：“安全经济学”作为2024年7月上台的英国工党政府经济治理方法的统称,是其应对广泛的政治、经济与社会危机的旗舰政策,涵盖加大政府干预、增加就业权利、促进增长与公平发展等诸多内容。英国政府首次正式以“安全”冠名经济政策,显示了其政策安全化的最新动向。“安全经济学”的形成与发展具有多重背景,经济危机时期政策“左倾”的历史惯性、工党在国内面临的严峻挑战以及欧美左翼政党的影响是主要因素。“安全经济学”内涵宽泛,政策有待细化,效果尚待观察。未来工党政府需要平衡增长与稳定、繁荣与安全、政治与经济等多组关系。在欧美政治新一轮“右转”浪潮中,英国工党将成为左翼政党的“希望之星”还是“微弱之光”仍需拭目以待;而工党新政府能否为英国量身打造适配的发展蓝图,将是“安全经济学”成功的关键。“Securenomics” is a general term for the new UK Labour government's approach, which was recently formed in July 2024, to economic management. It is the new government's flagship policy in response to the broader political, economic, and social crisis, covering strengthening government intervention, increasing employment rights, and promoting growth and fair development. For the first time ever, the UK government is officially introducing its economic policy in the name of “security,” highlighting the trend toward policy securitization in the country. It is against complex backgrounds that “securenomics” has been formed and developed. The main factors include historical inertia of the left-leaning policies during economic crises, the formidable challenges that face the Labour Party at home, and the influence of left-wing political parties in Europe and the United States. “Securenomics” is rich in connotation, although its policies need refinement and effectiveness requires observation. Looking ahead, the Labour government needs a balance between multiple relationships such as growth and stability, prosperity and security, and politics and economy. In the context of a fresh wave of “rightward turn” in European and American politics, it remains to be seen whether the UK Labour Party will become the “star of hope” for the leftists or just a “faint light.” The success of “securenomics” hinges on whether the new Labour government can present a development blueprint specifically tailored for the UK.
