摘 要:选择来自广西金秀生产的板蓝根、半边莲、薄荷3种中草药作为研究对象,测定板蓝根、半边莲和薄荷的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素,并用化学计量方法从多指标方面进行品质评价。结果表明,板蓝根、半边莲、薄荷的燃烧热含量在19518.87~24282.02 J/g之间;燃烧稳定性排序为广西金秀半边莲>广西金秀板蓝根>广西金秀薄荷;脂肪质量分数在0.10%~1.07%之间,大小顺序为广西半边莲>广西金秀薄荷>广西金秀板蓝根;灰分质量分数在5.27~12.03%之间,大小顺序为广西金秀薄荷>广西金秀半边莲>广西金秀板蓝根;粗纤维质量分数在11.65%~27.77%之间,大小顺序为广西金秀薄荷>广西金秀板蓝根>广西金秀半边莲。燃烧热、燃烧性(板蓝根、半边莲和薄荷的燃烧稳定性)、脂肪含量、灰分、粗纤维、微量元素含量多指标的顺序为广西金秀薄荷>广西金秀半边莲>广西金秀板蓝根。本研究建立来自广西金秀的板蓝根、半边莲和薄荷的多指标分析及评价体系,为广西金秀的板蓝根、半边莲和薄荷质量评价和其综合利用提供一定的理论基础和科学指导。Three kinds of Chinese herbs,Lsatidis Radix,Lobliae Chinensis Herba and Mentha haplocalyx Briq,produced in Jinxiu,Guangxi,were selected as the research objects,and the heat of combustion,stability of combustion,fat,crude fibre,ash,trace elements of Lsatidis Radix,Lobliae Chinensis Herba and Mentha haplocalyx Briq were determined,and the quality was also evaluated in terms of multiple indicators using chemometric methods.The results showed that the combustion heat contents of Lsatidis Radix,Lobliae Chinensis Herba,and Mentha haplocalyx Briq ranged from 19518.87 to 24282.02 J/g;the combustion stability was in the following order:Guangxi Jinxiu Lobliae Chinensis Herba>Guangxi Jinxiu Lsatidis Radix>Guangxi Jinxiu Mentha haplocalyx Briq;the fat content ranged from 0.10 to 1.07%,and the content order was:Guangxi Jinxiu Lobliae Chinensis Herba>Guangxi Jinxiu Mentha haplocalyx>Guangxi Jinxiu Lsatidis Radix;the ash content ranged from 5.27 to 12.03%,and the order of size was:Guangxi Jinxiu Mentha haplocalyx Briq>Guangxi Jinxiu Lobliae Chinensis Herba>Guangxi Jinxiu Lsatidis Radix;crude fibre content ranged from 11.65 to 27.77%,and the order was:Guangxi Jinxiu Mentha haplocalyx Briq>Guangxi Jinxiu Lsatidis Radix>Guangxi Jinxiu Lobliae Chinensis Herba.The order of multiple indicators of heat of combustion,combustibility(combustion stability of Lsatidis Radix,Lobliae Chinensis Herba and Mentha haplocalyx Briq),fat content,ash,crude fibre,trace elements content was:Mentha haplocalyx Briq from Jinxiu,Guangxi>Lobliae Chinensis Herba from Jinxiu,Guangxi>Lsatidis Radix from Jinxiu,Guangxi.This study establishes multi-indicator analysis and evaluation systems for Lsatidis Radix,Lobliae Chinensis Herba and Mentha haplocalyx Briq from Jinxiu,Guangxi,to provide a certain theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the quality evaluation of Lsatidis Radix,Lobliae Chinensis Herba and Mentha haplocalyx Briq from Jinxiu,Guangxi and their comprehensive utilisation.
