摘 要:为评估工业活动、农业生产对土壤环境中有机有害物质残留水平影响,本研究采用了气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)等先进分析技术,以工业区、农业区的土壤样本为例,进行了系统的多环芳烃、多氯联苯及农药残留物的定量分析。通过深入探讨土壤类型、农业活动对土壤中有机有害物质残留水平的具体影响,旨在揭示这些因素对土壤环境质量综合作用。结果表明,工业区土壤中多环芳烃和多氯联苯残留水平显著超出环保安全标准,反映着工业排放对土壤环境的显著影响;农业区则因长期农药使用造成特定农药残留物浓度较高,体现了农业生产对土壤质量的潜在风险。研究发现强调了对土壤污染监测与管理的重要性,可为制定有效的环境保护措施提供科学依据。In order to evaluate the impact of industrial activities and agricultural production on the residual levels of organic harmful substances in soil environment,advanced analytical techniques such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)were used in this study.Soil samples from industrial and agricultural areas were taken as examples for systematic quantitative analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,polychlorinated biphenyls,and pesticide residues.By delving into the specific effects of soil types and agricultural activities on the residual levels of organic harmful substances in soil,the aim is to reveal the comprehensive impact of these factors on soil environmental quality.The results showed that the residual levels of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and polychlorinated biphenyls in the soil of industrial areas significantly exceeded environmental safety standards,reflecting the significant impact of industrial emissions on the soil environment.Agricultural areas,on the other hand,have high concentrations of specific pesticide residues due to long-term pesticide use,reflecting the potential risks of agricultural production to soil quality.The research emphasizes the importance of soil pollution monitoring and management,which can provide scientific basis for formulating effective environmental protection measures.
