水质总磷检测中标准曲线质量控制图的应用分析

摘  要:在水质治理中,河水中存在过量的磷会引发水质富营养化,需要借助常规的钼酸铵分光光度法进行检测,但在实际的水质总磷检测中,标准曲线的绘制缺乏有效质控手段,在截距、斜率存在误差下不利于提高检测精度。为此,本文将结合标准曲线质量控制图提高检测精度方面的价值,做好质控图试验方案设计和准备工作;其次从数据处理统计、控制图绘制、判断准则分析、斜率与截距讨论等方面,进行质量控制图的应用研究;最后,提出该测定的注意事项,以期望可以保证总磷的检测具有较高精度。In water quality control,excessive phosphorus in river water can cause eutrophication,which requires the use of conventional ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry for detection.However,in actual water quality total phosphorus detection,the drawing of standard curves lacks effective quality control methods,and errors in intercept and slope are not conducive to improving detection accuracy.Therefore,this article will combine the value of standard curve quality control charts in improving detection accuracy,and carry out the design and preparation of quality control chart experimental plans.Secondly,research on the application of quality control charts will be conducted from the aspects of data processing statistics,control chart drawing,analysis of judgment criteria,and discussion of slope and intercept.Finally,the precautions for this determination are proposed in the hope of ensuring high accuracy in the detection of total phosphorus.
