摘 要:为了改善原煤泥浮选过程中存在的处理能力低、能耗大、精煤水分含量偏高、灰分含量降低困难以及由此带来的生产、经济效益下降的问题,阳泉五矿采取了核心工艺改造技术,采用“2+2”模式煤泥水处理加工工艺,即精煤泥两段脱水回收,尾煤泥两段浓缩、两段回收的煤泥水处理流程。主要介绍了五矿选煤厂“2+2”模式煤泥水处理流程及主要设备,剖析了流程特点及各作业的主要作用。实际应用表明,采用“2+2”模式煤泥水处理工艺后,煤泥水处理效果显著,为实际生产中遇到类似问题提供了解决办法。In order to improve the problems of low processing capacity,high energy consumption,high moisture content of clean coal,low ash content,and the resulting decline in production and economic benefits in the flotation process of raw coal slime,the core process transformation technology is adopted.For slime water treatment process,the"2+2"mode slime water process developed by Tangshan Guohua Technology Co.,Ltd,that is,two-stage dehydration recovery of clean coal slime,two-stage concentration and two-stage recovery of tailings slime.This paper mainly introduces the"2+2"mode slime water process and main equipment of Bailong Coal Preparation Plant,analyzes the process characteristics and the main functions of each operation.The process index and effect after application are introduced.The problems encountered in the actual production and the solutions are put forward.
