摘  要:为进一步提升对炼焦用煤的利用率以及对应焦炭的产率和质量,结合实践生产,在对捣固、顶装、配型煤和添加沥青等炼焦工艺进行简单概述的基础上,设计了实验方案和流程,重点对7种煤料在4种不同炼焦工艺下对应焦炭的机械强度、气孔率和粒度等指标进行试验对比分析,旨在指导实践生产。In order to further improve the utilization rate of coking coal and the corresponding yield and quality of coke,combined with practical production,an experimental plan and process were designed based on a brief overview of coking processes such as tamping,top loading,coal blending,and asphalt addition.The focus was on comparing and analyzing the mechanical strength,porosity,and particle size of coke corresponding to seven types of coal materials under four different coking processes,aiming to guide practical production.
