摘　　要：介绍了公司二循环水系统所应用除垢新技术的理论基础及实施过程,对技术投用后情况及项目经济效益进行分析,在循环水工艺指标运行正常的前提下,实现了循环水系统不需要添加阻垢剂、减少了外排水、换热器不结垢、换热效果正常等相关技术要求,为公司创造了一定的经济效益,真正做到了应用新技术指导生产的目的。This article introduces the theoretical basis and implementation process of the new descaling technology applied in the company's secondary circulating water system.The situation and economic benefits of the project after the technology is put into use are analyzed.On the premise of normal operation of the circulating water process indicators,the relevant technical requirements of the circulating water system,such as no need to add scale inhibitors,reduced external drainage,no scaling of heat exchangers,and normal heat transfer effect,have been achieved.This has created certain economic benefits for the company and truly achieved the goal of applying new technology to guide production.
