摘  要:压力容器是化工工业中重要的设备之一,在使用过程中需进行检验检测以确保其安全运行。然而,由于检验检测过程中存在着一定的误差,可能导致判断结果的不准确。本文通过分析压力容器检验检测误差的影响因素,提出了相应的对策,并通过案例分析来展示其实际应用效果。研究结果表明,在压力容器的检验检测中,操作人员的技术水平、设备的精度、环境因素等是主要的影响因素,可以通过培训、检修维护、环境控制等对策来减小误差。Pressure vessels are one of the important equipment in the chemical industry,and they need to be inspected and tested during use to ensure their safe operation.However,due to certain errors in the inspection and testing process,it may lead to inaccurate judgment results.This article analyzes the influencing factors of inspection and testing errors in pressure vessels,proposes corresponding countermeasures,and demonstrates their practical application effects through case analysis.The research results indicate that in the inspection and testing of pressure vessels,the technical level of operators,the accuracy of equipment,environmental factors,etc.are the main influencing factors,and errors can be reduced through measures such as training,maintenance,and environmental control.
