摘 要:在烧碱生产中,精制盐水是一项关键步骤,能保证整个烧碱生产过程的高效、稳定运行。目前常用纳滤膜法进行脱硝,可以有效控制盐水中SO_4~(2-)的浓度,避免电解过程存在副反应,提高电流效率,提高离子膜烧碱生产的质量。不过当前的烧碱生产存在一定的技术选择问题,需要了解膜法脱硝技术并进行应用,进一步改善离子膜烧碱的生产过程。因此,本文先简要概述膜法脱硝技术,然后分析烧碱生产中膜法脱硝技术的应用,最后讨论膜法脱硝技术的实际效益,以期可以提高烧碱生产的效率。In the production of caustic soda,refining brine is a key step that ensures the efficient and stable operation of the entire caustic soda production process.At present,the commonly used nanofiltration membrane method for denitrification can effectively control the concentration of SO_(4)^(2-)in saltwater,avoid side reactions in the electrolysis process,improve current efficiency,and enhance the quality of ion membrane caustic soda production.However,there are certain technical selection issues in the current production of caustic soda,and it is necessary to understand membrane denitrification technology and apply it to further improve the production process of ion membrane caustic soda.Therefore,this article first provides a brief overview of membrane denitrification technology,then analyzes the application of membrane denitrification technology in caustic soda production,and finally discusses the actual benefits of membrane denitrification technology,in order to improve the efficiency of caustic soda production.
