摘 要:焦化厂输焦带式输送机一般采用三相异步电动机、耦合器、减速机、联轴器、机械滚筒传统传动模式,由于电机长期工频运行,各传动元件效率叠加导致皮带传动效率偏低,皮带运行能耗较高。基于此,通过将带式输送机由传统传动模式升级为智能永磁电动滚筒传动模式,皮带张力小,启动平缓,可有效延长皮带寿命,减少各传动元件损耗及维护成本,而且可以满足生产需求,及时调节皮带传动速度,有利于提高带式输送机运行效率,增加企业的经济效益。Coking plant coking belt conveyors generally adopt traditional transmission modes such as three-phase asynchronous motors,couplings,reducers,couplings,and mechanical drums.Due to the long-term operation of the motor at power frequency,the efficiency of each transmission component is overlapped,resulting in low belt transmission efficiency and high energy consumption during belt operation.Based on this,by upgrading the traditional transmission mode of the belt conveyor to the intelligent permanent magnet electric drum transmission mode,the belt tension is small and the start is smooth,which can effectively extend the belt life,reduce the loss and maintenance costs of various transmission components,and meet production needs.Timely adjustment of the belt transmission speed is conducive to improving the operating efficiency of the belt conveyor and increasing the economic benefits of the enterprise.
