分层开采下分层沿空留巷围岩控制技术应用研究

摘  要:为解决留煤柱巷道易发生应力集中后难以控制的问题,以古汉山矿为背景,采用理论分析、现场试验等方法,提出下分层沿空留巷技术。研究表明,下分层工作面假顶上存在完整且较大的块体结构是导致留巷压力大的主因,为此提出密集钻孔切顶技术,并确定切顶高度、角度、孔间距等参数;采用锚索梁对其顶帮结构加强支护;实施后留巷段顶板下沉356 mm、两帮收缩656 mm,滞后采面110 m后基本不再变形,经简单修复后能满足接替工作面开采要求。In order to solve the problem of difficult control of stress concentration in coal pillar retaining tunnels,taking Guhanshan Mine as the background,theoretical analysis,field experiments and other methods are adopted to propose the technique of retaining tunnels along the goaf in lower layers.Research has shown that the presence of complete and large block structures on the false roof of the lower layered working face is the main cause of high roadway pressure.Therefore,a dense drilling roof cutting technique is proposed,and parameters such as roof cutting height,angle,and hole spacing are determined.Using anchor cable beams to strengthen the support of its roof structure.After implementation,the top plate of the retained roadway section sank by 356 mm and the two sides contracted by 656 mm.After lagging behind the mining face by 110 m,it basically no longer deformed.After simple repair,it can meet the requirements of the replacement working face mining.
