摘　　要：探寻学术期刊版权利益链条中起关键连接作用的出版者对版权的认识和实践,提出应对建议,为构建促进论文快速广泛传播、支撑期刊品牌建设、推进期刊高质量发展的法律基础提供参考。通过文献梳理、问卷调查、数据分析、利益分析,对118份问卷进行现状分析与原因讨论。版权归属不明确,主体责任意识不强;版权意识总体水平较高,但版权内容认识不清、授权程序不规范;版权利益冲突尚未有效平衡,出版单位未充分发挥纽带作用,是我国高校学术期刊目前在版权方面存在的问题。期刊出版者需要培养主人翁意识,加强期刊出版者版权保护责任感;加大版权知识培训,规范授权程序,提供可协商的模块化版权协议;设立期刊版权集群管理平台、版权事务部门或专员;多元利益并重,发挥期刊出版者纽带作用以平衡版权利益冲突。To explore the understanding and practice of copyright by publishers who play a key role in the copyright interest chain of academic journals,counter measures are put forward,to provide references for constructing the legal basis to promote the rapid and wide dissemination of papers,support the construction of journal brands,and promote the high-quality development of journals.Usinga literature review,questionnaire survey,data analysis,and benefits analysis,this paper analyzes and discusses 118 questionnaires.The paper presents the existing copyright problems of academic journals in Chinese universities,including:1)the ownership of copyright is unclear,and the sense of responsibility is weak;2)the overall level of copyright awareness is relatively high,but there is a lack of clarity in copyright content and the authorization process;and 3)conflicts of interest in copyright have not been effectively balanced,and publishers have not fully played their role as a bridge.Journal publishers need to cultivate a sense of ownership and strengthen their responsibility for copyright protection;increase training on copyright knowledge,standardize licensing procedures,and provide a negotiable modular copyright agreement;set up a journal copyright management platform,a copyright affairs department or copyright officers;and act as a link to balance copyright conflicts of interest by considering multiple interests.
