摘 要:各种内在和外在因素引起面部的衰老,主要不良变化表现在皮肤和软组织方面。随着人们审美要求的提高,面部年轻化的需求日益增加。光声电技术基于各自能量转化为热能作用于组织,通过良性热效应引起适度的热损伤,从而改善松弛和下垂的皮肤和软组织。因其快速有效、简单微创等诸多优势而备受青睐,但需要控制组织的热损伤程度以达到有益作用,避免导致过度的不良热效应。该文总结了光声电能量设备用于面部年轻化的作用机制,从组织细胞和分子生化两个层面阐述了不同温度下的热损伤和热效应,归纳了热效应的影响因素,旨在优化治疗参数,指导安全有效的抗衰老治疗。Various intrinsic and extrinsic factors contribute to facial aging,primarily manifesting in the skin and soft tissues.As aesthetic standards continue to rise,there is an increasing demand for facial rejuvenation.Photoelectric and ultrasonic technology utilizes energy conversion to thermally affect tissues,improving sagging and laxity in the skin and soft tissues through controlled thermal injury that induces beneficial heat effects.This technique has gained popularity due to its rapid,effective,and minimally invasive nature.To achieve optimal result without experiencing excessively harmful thermal effects,it is crucial to properly manage tissue thermal damage.The mechanisms of action for photoelectric and ultrasonic devices used in facial rejuvenation are summarized in this work,along with the effects of heat and thermal injury at various temperatures on tissue cells and molecular biochemistry.Factors influencing thermal effects are also discussed,aiming to optimize treatment parameters and guide safe and effective anti-aging therapies.
