摘　　要：县域治理是我国国家治理的基础,县级政府积极回应公众关切不仅具有合法性意义,而且在推动创建人民美好生活的过程中发挥着不可忽视的作用。本文利用2021年中国社会状况综合调查数据,实证检验了以信息透明和诉求回应为代表的县级政府回应性对居民生活满意度的影响,并从生活需求满足的角度探讨了这一影响的作用机制。首先,县级层面的信息透明、诉求回应对居民生活满意度具有显著的提升效应。其次,县级政府回应性对生活满意度的积极影响在公共生活和个人生活领域均存在,但对公共生活满意度的影响更强。最后,生活需求满足在县级政府回应性与生活满意度之间起中介作用,即县级政府回应性通过推动居民的生活需求满足而提升其生活满意度。推进县域治理现代化,应努力构建更加开放透明、回应及时的县级政府,并且既要关注居民公共生活满意度的改善,也要注重其个人生活满意度的提升。County-level governance is the cornerstone of China's national governance.The active response of county governments to public concerns not only has legitimacy significance but also plays a crucial role in promoting the creation of a good life.Using data from the 2021 Chinese Social Survey,this paper empirically examines the impact of county-level government responsiveness(information transparency and response to public appeals)on residents'life satisfaction and explores the mechanisms behind this effect from the perspective of life needs fulfllment.Using a multilevel linear model,this study finds that:Firstly,county-level information transparency and responsiveness to public appeals significantly enhance life satisfaction,indicating that the greater the responsiveness,the higher the life satisfaction.Secondly,the positive association between county-level government responsiveness and life satisfaction is observed in both public and personal life domains.Finally,life needs fulfllment mediates the relationship between county-level government responsiveness and life satisfaction.The findings suggest that promoting people-centered governance modernization at the county level,with a focus on openness,transparency,and timely responses,is crucial for improving both public and personal life satisfaction and achieving a better life.
