摘  要:随着能源的消耗量逐渐增大,经济发展与能源、环境之间的矛盾日益凸显,发展低碳电力迫在眉睫。在双碳目标下,综合能源系统规划中,引入了阶梯型碳交易机制,构建配置-运行多目标双层优化模型。在日内运行阶段,以购电购气成本最小为目标,进行运行优化,在容量配置阶段,将阶梯型碳交易成本引入模型中,以一次投资成本、年度运行成本和年度碳交易成本最小为目标,并通过仿真验证了所提模型的可靠性和有效性。With the gradual increase in energy consumption,the contradiction between economic development,energy,and the environment is becoming increasingly prominent,and the development of low-carbon electricity is urgent.Under the dual carbon goal,this article introduces a stepped carbon trading mechanism in the comprehensive energy system planning and constructs a multi-objective dual level optimization model for configuration operation.In the intraday operation stage,the goal is to minimize the cost of purchasing electricity and gas,and to optimize the operation.In the capacity configuration stage,the stepped carbon trading cost is introduced into the model,with the goal of minimizing the primary investment cost,annual operating cost,and annual carbon trading cost.The reliability and effectiveness of the model proposed in this paper are verified through the simulation experiments.
