翻转课堂结合BOPPPS教学模式在肾内科住院医师规范化培训中的探讨

摘　　要：文章选取2023年1月至10月在上海长征医院肾内科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员为研究对象,通过翻转课堂结合BOPPPS教学模式在狼疮性肾炎案例教学中的具体实施,比较两组学员的出科考核综合成绩,进行教学问卷调查,评估总体教学满意度。结果发现,实验组出科考核综合成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并在学习内容全面、难点剖析透彻、提高学习效率、提高医患沟通技巧方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),提示翻转课堂结合BOPPPS教学模式在肾内科住培教学查房中的应用可有效提高学生的专业知识、能力和教学满意度,为肾内科临床教学提供了可行的借鉴模式。This article selects students who received standardized residency training in the Nephrology Department of Shanghai Changzheng Hospital from January to October 2023 as the research subjects.Through the implementation of flipped classroom combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in lupus nephritis teaching cases,the comprehensive performance of the two groups of students'exit assessments is compared,and a teaching questionnaire survey is conducted to evaluate overall teaching satisfaction.We found that the comprehensive performance of the experimental group in the outpatient assessment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and was superior to the control group in terms of comprehensive learning content,thorough analysis of difficult points,improved learning efficiency,and enhanced doctor-patient communication skills(P<0.05).This suggests that the application of flipped classroom combined with BOPPPS teaching model in nephrology teaching rounds can effectively improve students'professional knowledge,abilities,and teaching satisfaction,providing a feasible reference model for clinical teaching in nephrology.
