图像勾画宫颈癌分期法在研究生临床教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨图像勾画法用于宫颈癌分期在研究生临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取研究生共58名,分为文字记忆法组(对照组29名)和图像勾画宫颈癌分期方法组(实验组29名),两组考核结果比较,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果:实验组对宫颈癌Ⅱ、Ⅲ期分期的准确性明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.012、0.010)。同时实验组对宫颈癌靶区勾画中肿瘤侵犯范围的准确性亦明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.009,0.011),关于专业知识掌握满意度及带教教师满意度方面,实验组明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.012,0.009)。结论:图像勾画宫颈癌分期法可提高研究生掌握宫颈癌分期的效果,提高其学习积极性,实施也较容易,可予以推广和应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of image hook drawing method in cervical cancer staging in clinical teaching for graduate students.Method:A total of 58 graduate students were selected and divided into a text memory method group(control group,29 students)and an image delineation cervical cancer staging method group(experimental group,29 students).The assessment results of the two groups were compared,and a difference of<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result:The accuracy of staging cervical cancer stageⅡandⅢin the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012,0.010).At the same time,the accuracy of tumor invasion range in cervical cancer target area delineation in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.009,0.011).In terms of satisfaction with professional knowledge mastery and teacher satisfaction,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012,0.009).Conclusion:The image-based cervical cancer staging method can improve the effectiveness of graduate students in mastering cervical cancer staging,enhance their learning enthusiasm,and is relatively easy to implement.It can be promoted and applied.
