平原农区乡村地域多功能空间分异特征及乡村振兴路径——以河南省扶沟县为例

摘　　要：以平原农区河南省扶沟县为研究区,通过构建乡村地域多功能评价指标体系,采用综合评价法和自然间断点分级法分析农产品生产、非农经济发展、人居生活、社会保障和生态保育5类乡村地域功能的空间格局特征,并结合优势功能法综合划分乡村地域功能类型区。结果表明:(1)扶沟县乡村地域多功能整体上表现出“社会保障功能最强,生态保育功能较强,非农经济发展、人居生活和农产品生产功能相对较弱”的位序特征,并且各类功能在空间分布上呈现出显著的差异;(2)基于优势功能识别结果,将扶沟县14个乡镇划分为综合型、单功能主导型和双功能并重型3种功能类型区,并按照“强化优势、补齐短板”的思路,提出分区差异化发展对策,为推进扶沟县乡村全面振兴提供决策参考。本研究提出的指标体系和分析策略可为平原农区其他类似县域明确乡村地域功能特征、探寻乡村振兴科学路径提供有益借鉴。This study took Fugou County in the plain agricultural area as the research area.Firstly,an evaluation index system for rural multifunctionality was constructed;Secondly,the spatial pattern characteristics of five types of rural multifunctionality(agricultural product production,non agricultural economic development,human settlements,social security,and ecological conservation)were analyzed using the comprehensive evaluation method and the natural discontinuity grading method;Finally,used the dominant function method to classify the types of rural multifunctionality.The results showed that:(1)The overall rural multifunctionality characteristics in Fugou County showed that“the social security function was the strongest,the ecological conservation function was stronger,and the non-agricultural economic development,human life and agricultural product production functions were relatively weak”.The spatial distribution of various functions showed significant differences.(2)Based on the results of the identification of advantageous functions,14 townships in Fugou County were divided into three functional types:Comprehensive,single function oriented and dual function collaborative oriented.Finally,propose differentiated development strategies based on the idea of“strengthening advantages and filling shortcomings”,aiming to provide decision-making reference for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.The index system and analysis strategy proposed in this study can provide useful reference for other similar counties in plain agricultural areas to clarify the functional characteristics of rural areas and explore the scientific path of rural revitalization.
