摘 要:由于风机基础混凝土浇筑不完善或因风致疲劳,可能导致混凝土出现质量缺陷、基础环水平度失偏等问题,从而影响风机安全运行。以贵州某风电场风机基础混凝土质量检测为例,通过采用超声回弹综合法、三维实景建模法、三维超声成像法等综合物探手段,对风机基础混凝土进行无损检测,采用全站仪测量基础环变形情况及水平度偏差值,并对检测结果进行分析。结果表明:风机基础混凝土深部不存在缺陷,但基础环内侧混凝土浅层出现裂缝、破碎缺陷;基础环水平度测量值超出设计要求。检测结果可为风机基础混凝土缺陷评价提供依据,为基础环纠偏提供数据支撑。Due to the imperfect concrete pouring of the wind turbine foundation or the wind-induced fatigue,it may lead to quality defects in the concrete and the deviation of the foundation ring level,which will affect the safe operation of the wind turbine.Taking the quality inspection of wind turbine foundation concrete in a wind farm in Guizhou as an example,the nondestructive testing of wind turbine foundation concrete was carried out by using comprehensive geophysical exploration methods such as ultrasonic rebound synthesis method,threedimensional real scene modeling method and three-dimensional ultrasonic imaging method.The total station was used to measure the deformation of the foundation ring and the deviation value of the horizontal degree,and the test results were analyzed.The results show that there is no defect in the deep part of the wind turbine foundation concrete,but there are cracks and broken defects in the shallow layer of the concrete inside the foundation ring;The measured value of the foundation ring level exceeds the design requirements.The test results can provide a basis for the evaluation of concrete defects of wind turbine foundation and provide data support for the correction of foundation ring。
