摘　　要：本文以榆林黄河东线马镇引水工程12号无压隧洞为例,为确保无压隧洞内施工的安全和质量,考虑到无压隧洞洞身长、结构断面小、作业空间有限、施工难度大等特点,采取在洞内安装钢模台车的施工方案,有效减少施工干扰、提高施工效率、满足施工需求。钢模台车洞内安装过程及方法可为中等断面隧洞衬砌施工提供一定的参考。In this paper,the 12#non-pressure tunnel of Ma Town diversion project on the east line of the Yellow River in Yulin is taken as an example.In order to ensure the safety and quality of the construction in the non-pressure tunnel,considering the characteristics of the tunnel length,small structural section,limited working space and great construction difficulty,the construction scheme of installing the steel model trolley in the tunnel is adopted to effectively reduce the construction interference,improve the construction efficiency and meet the construction demand.The process and method of installing the steel model trolley in the tunnel can provide a certain reference for the lining construction of the medium section tunnel.
