摘  要:文章针对铝合金型材挤压滚弯实验周期长、成本高、危险性大的问题,以及学生解决复杂工程问题能力不足的现状,利用虚拟仿真技术,通过优化探究型实验教学内容,将铝合金加工领域最先进的成形技术及团队科研成果融入实验教学,开发了挤压滚弯工艺探究虚拟仿真实验系统。让学生能够在虚拟实验过程中突破传统实验条件的限制,通过自主设计实验来探究挤压滚弯工艺参数对型材质量的影响规律,从而提高学生的自主学习能力及创新能力,同时大大降低了实验成本,提升了材料成型及控制工程专业实验教学的质量和水平。To address the problems of long cycle,high cost,high risk,and insufficient ability of students to solve complex engineering problems in aluminum profile extrusion and roll bending forming experiments,by employing virtual simulation technology and optimizing exploratory experimental teaching content,this study integrates the most advanced forming technology and team research achievements in the aluminum alloy processing field into experimental teaching and thus develops an extrusion and roll bending forming virtual simulation experimental system.This system can break through the limitations of traditional experimental conditions,allow students to independently design experiments to explore the impact mechanisms of process parameters for extrusion and roll bending on the quality of profiles,thereby improving their self-learning and innovation abilities,greatly reducing experimental costs,and improving the quality and level of experimental teaching of the major.
