摘  要:高等教育大众化的背景下,高校就业工作一直是社会各界关注的热门话题,地方性本科院校培养面向社会,服务地方的应用型人才,需要将“三全育人”理念引入就业工作中,实现全员参与、全过程促进、全方位保障,以输送“下得去、吃得苦、用得上”的全面发展人才。文章主要探索地方性本科院校就业工作中“三全育人”理念的实践,运用激励理论,构建全员参与的就业机制;运用路径依赖理论,构建全过程就业工作体系;运用边界理论,构建全方位就业工作保障。In the context of the popularization of higher education,employment in universities has always been a hot topic of concern for all sectors of society.Local undergraduate colleges cultivate applied talents who are oriented towards society and serve the local area.It is necessary to introduce the concept of"three comprehensive education"into employment work,achieve full participation,full process promotion,and all-round guarantee,in order to deliver comprehensive development talents who can go down,endure hardships,and be useful.The article mainly explores the practice of the"three comprehensive education"concept in the employment work of local undergraduate colleges,applies incentive theory,and constructs an employment mechanism with full participation of all staff;Using path dependence theory to construct a comprehensive employment work system throughout the entire process;Using boundary theory to construct comprehensive employment and job security.
