摘　　要：战略思维能力是新时代高校大学生的核心素养之一,对于提升大学生应对复杂政治形势的能力、引导大学生科学规划个人未来发展、推动人才培养工作改革具有重要意义。高校应当立足于战略思维的哲学观、时代观、主观能动性培养三大主体方向,从重塑战略思维知识架构设计、强化系统化战略思维能力训练、探索信息化战略思维能力训练途径,以及构建战略思维能力协同育人体系四个角度入手,持续推动大学生战略思维能力培养工作的高质量发展。Strategic thinking ability is one of the core competencies of college students in the new era,which is of great significance for enhancing their ability to cope with complex political situations,guiding them to scientifically plan their personal future development,and promoting educational and teaching reforms in talent cultivation.Colleges and universities should focus on the three main directions of strategic thinking:philosophy,era,and subjective initiative cultivation,and starting from four perspectives:reshaping the design of strategic thinking knowledge architecture,strengthening systematic strategic thinking ability training,exploring ways to train information-based strategic thinking ability,and building a collaborative education system for strategic thinking ability,they should continue to promote the high-quality development of college students'strategic thinking ability cultivation work.
