摘 要:为探究基于展丝机构制备的玄武岩棉不锈钢长丝复合纱的性能,利用多轴系复合纺纱技术制备了展丝玄武岩棉不锈钢长丝复合纱,对展丝和未展丝复合纱线的捻度、毛羽数、条干均匀度、强伸性能进行测试和对比。研究表明:与未展丝结构复合纱相比,展丝结构复合纱的平均捻度减少了6.33%,捻度不匀率降低;经过展丝后玄武岩单丝宽度增加,有利于对芯纱表面棉纤维进行包覆,使展丝结构复合纱的3 mm毛羽数减少39.18%、片段长度重量CV值降低1.53个百分点;断裂强力和断裂伸长率分别提高了13.49%、31.37%。认为:利用展丝结构和调控纱线结构的方式可以显著提高复合纱的性能,同时结合多功能纺织材料,可以制备高品质、高性能的功能性复合纱线。To explore the property of basalt cotton stainless steel filament composite yarns prepared and based on the spreading apparatus,the basalt cotton stainless steel filament composite yarns were prepared by using multi-axis composite spinning technology.The twist,hairiness number,yarn evenness,and mechanical property of the spreading and non-spreading composite yarns were tested and compared.The results showed that,compared to non-spreading structural composite yarns,the average twist of spreading structural composite yarns was reduced by 6.33%and the unevenness of twist was reduced.After spreading,basalt single yarn width was increased,which was more beneficial to cover the cotton fiber on the surface of core yarn.The 3 mm hairiness number of the spreading structural composite yarns was reduced by 39.18%,and CV value of fragment length weight was reduced by 1.53 percentage points.Moreover,the breaking strength and breaking elongation rate were increased by 13.49%and 31.37%respectively.It is considered that the property of composite yarns can be significantly improved by adjusting the yarn structure and using spreading structure.Meanwhile,combining with multifunctional new textile materials,high-quality and high-performance functional composite yarns can be prepared.
