摘 要:探讨设置不同的电弧能量对电弧热防护性能值(ATPV)测试结果的影响。介绍了ATPV测试方法,包括测试设备、试样制备及预处理、测试程序和ATPV的确定方法。通过增加或减少电弧持续时间来改变电弧能量大小,共计进行了3组63份试样的测试。结果表明:当电弧时间集中在120 ms时,最终得到的ATPV最低;电弧时间集中在160 ms时,最终得到的ATPV最高;当电弧时间覆盖120 ms~180 ms时,得到的ATPV居中,且与真实值最接近。认为:在满足标准数据点分布要求的前提下,应尽可能在不同电弧能量水平下进行测试,以保证测试数据的准确性。Explore the effects of setting different arc energies on the arc thermal protection performance value(ATPV)test results.The ATPV test method in the standard is introduced,including test equipment,specimen preparation and pretreatment,test procedure and ATPV determination method.A total of 3 groups of 63 specimens were tested by increasing or decreasing the arc duration to change the arc energy magnitude.The results showed that the lowest ATPV was finally obtained when the arc time was concentrated at 120 ms.The highest final ATPV was obtained when the arc time was concentrated at 160 ms.When the arc time covers 120 ms to 180 ms,the ATPV obtained is centred and closest to the true value.Under the premise of meeting the standard data point distribution requirements,it should be tested at different arc energy levels as far as possible to ensure the accuracy of the test data.
