摘 要:为科学评估XJ128PRO型棉纤维测试仪的检验检测水平,在采用进口标准棉花样品(包括长强标样、马克隆值标样以及颜色级标样)的基础上,将其与HVI1000型大容量棉花测试仪进行数据测试试验,使用双因素方差分析配合非参数检验方法分析数据。结果表明:在马克隆值、反射率Rd、黄度(+b)、上半部平均长度、长度整齐度指数等指标上,两台仪器并无统计学差异;而在断裂比强度的比较过程中,两台仪器的测试数据存在些许差异,XJ128PRO型棉纤维测试仪准确性表现较好,而HVI1000型大容量棉花测试仪的稳定性表现较好。To scientifically evaluate the inspection and detection level of XJ128PRO cotton fiber tester,on the basis of using imported standard cotton samples,data testing experiments were conducted between the tester and HVI1000 large capacity cotton tester.Two-factor analysis of variance and non-parametric test method was used to analyze the data.The results showed that there was no statistical difference between the two testers in the Micronaire value,reflectance Rd,yellowness(+b),upper half mean length and length uniformity indexes.During the comparison of specific strength at break,there were slight differences in the test data,the accuracy of XJ128PRO cotton fiber tester was better,and the stability of HVI1000 large capacity cotton tester was better.
