摘 要:研究用干法纺纱代替湿法纺纱开发转杯纺纯亚麻纱。经过对亚麻纺纱工艺和装备的优化改造,建立了适合纯亚麻纺纱的高效短流程转杯纺工艺,批量纺制出纯亚麻34.7 tex(28 Nm)转杯纱。生产实践表明:相比湿纺的短纺纯亚麻纱,干纺纯亚麻转杯纱麻粒少、纱线光洁、成纱细节少、强力不匀显著降低,同时工艺流程更为高效,生产成本和能耗大大降低,对亚麻纺织品的低碳生产和可持续发展大有裨益。Dry spinning was used to replace wet spinning to develop rotor spining pure flax yarn.Through the optimization and modification of flax spinning process and equipment,a high-efficiency short-flow spinning process suitable for pure flax spinning was established,and pure flax 34.7 tex(28 Nm)rotor yarn was produced.The production practice showed that compared with the wet spining short pure flax yarn,the dry spining pure flax rotor yarn had fewer grain,smooth surface,less thin places and lower uneven strength.At the same time,the process was more efficient,the production cost and energy consumption were greatly reduced,which was benefit to the low-carbon production and sustainable development of flax textiles.
