虚拟数字人赋能档案馆用户服务的场景与进路

摘　　要：虚拟数字人作为人工智能技术的创新性应用领域之一,凭借信息技术的高速发展在外貌精度和交互方式上有了极大提升,应用难度不断降低,应用领域日渐多元。论文在分析档案馆应用虚拟数字人技术赋能用户服务必要性的基础上,探讨了可赋能的多重档案馆智慧服务场景,并有针对性地围绕用户服务智能交互体验、档案馆智慧服务的主动性、伦理风险的防范化解三个层面思考技术优化路径,以期开创数智融合下虚拟数字人赋能档案馆用户服务的新进路。As one of the innovative applica⁃tions of artificial intelligence technology,virtual digital human has been greatly improved in ap⁃pearance accuracy and interaction mode by the high-speed development of information technol⁃ogy.The difficulty of its application has been con⁃tinuously reduced,and the application scenarios are becoming more and more diversified.On the basis of analyzing the necessity for archives to apply virtual digital human technology to empow⁃er user services,the paper explores multiple sce⁃narios of archives intelligent services,and pur⁃posefully focuses on the intelligent interactive ex⁃perience of user services,the initiative of ar⁃chives intelligent services,and the prevention and resolution of ethical risks to explore the opti⁃mization path of the technology,with a view to create a new way for the empowerment of ar⁃chives user services by virtual digital human un⁃der the integration of digitalization and intelli⁃gence.
