摘  要:针对蜂窝铝良好的吸能性能,可在工程结构中承担很好的缓冲吸能任务,提出一种钢板-蜂窝铝夹层复合结构。采用双层钢板中间结合蜂窝铝夹层的结构,钢板平面方向与蜂窝孔洞相垂直,并对蜂窝铝孔洞填充聚氨酯泡沫。对该复合结构进行垂直钢板平面的压缩试验,证明该结构具有很好的缓冲吸能性能。通过改变影响结构吸能性能的蜂窝铝参数发现,按照影响效果大小排序:蜂窝孔径大小>蜂窝夹层截面积>蜂窝夹层试件厚度。最终得出结论:蜂窝铝夹层结构具有良好的缓冲吸能性能,填充聚氨酯后的结构缓冲吸能性能更好。Given the excellent energy absorption capacity of aluminum honeycomb,which can effectively perform cushioning and energy absorption tasks in engineering structures,a steel plate-honeycomb aluminum interlayer composite structure is proposed.This structure consists of double-layer steel plates with an aluminum honeycomb interlayer sandwiched between them.The steel plates are oriented perpendicular to the honeycomb cells,and the honeycomb cells are filled with polyurethane foam.Compression tests perpendicular to the steel plate plane of this composite structure demonstrate its excellent cushioning and energy absorption performance.By varying the parameters of the aluminum honeycomb that affect the structure's energy absorption capacity,it is found that the order of influence,from greatest to least,is as follows:honeycomb cell size>honeycomb interlayer cross-sectional area>honeycomb interlayer specimen thickness.In conclusion,the aluminum honeycomb interlayer structure exhibits good cushioning and energy absorption performance,which is further enhanced by filling it with polyurethane.
