摘 要:在环境监测中,为更好将不同粒径粒子分离开,会将不同切割粒径的切割器串联使用。目前串联式切割器缺乏评价标准或规范,该研究以模式最简单的串联PM_(10)-PM_(2.5)切割器为对象,研究串联PM_(10)切割器对PM_(2.5)捕集效率曲线的影响,并研究不同粒径分布的颗粒物对两个品牌的PM2.5切割器评价的影响,包括ISO A1尘、Da50分别为2.67μm和7.73μm的多分散聚苯乙烯微球。结果表明,PM_(2.5)切割器的捕集效率曲线是切割器独立的计量特性,不受环境中颗粒物的粒径分布影响,也不受串联PM_(10)切割器的影响。该结论对于串联式切割器或分级器的评价具有重要参考意义,推荐单级独立评价的方法。In environmental monitoring,in order to separate particles with different particle sizes,separators with different cutting diameters are used in series.At present,there is no evaluation standard or specification for concatenated separator.In this study,the concatenated PM_(10)-PM_(2.5) cutter with the simplest mode is taken as the object to study the influence of PM_(10) cutter on PM_(2.5) collection efficiency,and the particles with different particle size distributions are studied,including ISO A1 dust and polystyrene microspheres with Da50 of 2.67μm and 7.73μm,respectively.The two brands of PM_(2.5) cutters were evaluated differently.The results showed that the trapping efficiency curve of PM_(2.5) cutter is an independent measurement characteristic of a certain cutter,which is not affected by the particle size distribution in the evaluation method,nor by whether the PM_(10) cutter is connected in series.The conclusion has important reference significance for the evaluation of concatenated separator,and the single-stage independent evaluation method is recommended.
