摘 要:本研究将新型二维过渡金属碳氮材料(MXene)与纤维素纳米纤维(CNF)复合,通过液氮定向和非定向预冷冻方法,冷冻干燥后制备4种不同MXene/CNF复合气凝胶,探究加入不同类型CNF、MXene和采用不同液氮预冷冻方法对复合气凝胶形貌结构的影响。结果表明,定向单层MXene/TOCNF复合气凝胶形貌最为优异;对其制备的湿度传感器在相对湿度11%~97%的条件下进行了湿敏测试,发现在MXene质量分数10%、相对湿度97%的条件下,传感器响应值增大了3倍,说明传感器对于高湿度更为敏感,且该传感器在14天内基本稳定。In this study,the novel two-dimensional transition metal carbon and nitrogen material(MXene)was composited with cellulose nanofibers(CNF),and four different kinds of CNF composite aerogel sensors were prepared after freeze-drying by the liquid nitrogen direc⁃tional and non-directional pre-freezing methods.The impacts of various types of CNF and MXene,with different liquid nitrogen pre-freezing methods on the morphology and structure of the MXene/CNF composite aerogels were investigated.The results showed that the oriented monolayer MXene/TOCNF composite aerogel had the most excellent morphology.Additionally,the humidity sensitivity test was conducted at relative humidity levels ranging from 11%~97%.The results revealed a three times of increase in response value at relative humidity of 97%with MXene dosage of 10%,indicating superior sensitive of the sensor to high humidity.Furthermore,the sensors demonstrated overall stablility within 14 days.
