六西格玛工具在生产白面牛卡纸时干强剂用量优化中的应用

摘　　要：本课题以降低增强辅料的用量为研究目标,对生产白面牛卡纸时降低干强剂用量和改善制浆造纸过程的方法进行了探讨。运用六西格玛工具对影响干强剂用量的相关因子进行分析验证,针对关键因子进行DOE实验设计,优化工艺参数;经优化后,干强剂用量降低7 kg/t纸,成本降低19元/t纸,实现生产线年成本降低100万元的目标。The article aimed to reduce the dosage of enhancing auxiliary materials,and explored the methods to decrease the dosage of dry strength agents and improve the pulping and papermaking process in the production of white top linerboard.Six Sigma tool was used to ana⁃lyze and verify the factors affecting the dosage of dry strength agents,and process parameters were optimized by conducting DOE(Design of Experiments)test designs for key factors,after optimization,there were a reduction of 7 kg of dry strength agents per ton of paper,a cost re⁃duction of 19 RMB per ton of paper,and an annual cost saving of 1 million RMB on the production line.
