环境温度对混凝土经时损失性能的影响及调控措施研究

摘  要:本文研究环境温度在5℃~45℃条件下,环境温度对混凝土经时损失性能的影响,并探讨了通过改变保坍剂掺量的调控措施,改善各温度条件下的混凝土经时损失性能。结果表明:环境温度越高,混凝土经时损失越大,环境温度达到35℃以上时,混凝土经时损失加剧,若不能进行及时调整,将会影响混凝土施工性能与工程结构质量。环境温度每提升5℃,通过增加保坍剂掺量0.1%~0.2%,可有效地调控混凝土的经时损失,保证混凝土的施工性能。研究结果有助于更好地控制混凝土施工性能,为实际工程中的混凝土制备提供指导。This paper studies the influence of ambient temperature on the slump loses through time of concrete under the condition of 5℃~45℃,and discusses the slump loses through time of concrete under each temperature by changing the amount of concrete slump retaining agent.It is found that the greater the loss of concrete,and when the ambient temperature reaches more than 35℃,the loss of concrete in‐tensifies.If timely adjustment cannot be made,the concrete construction performance and engineering structure quality will be affected.For each ambient temperature increase of 5℃,By increasing the amount of Concrete slump retaining agent by 0.1%~0.2%,the slump loses through time can be effectively regulated and the construction performance of concrete can be guaranteed.The results of this paper can help to better control the construction performance of concrete and provide guidance for the prepara‐tion of concrete in practical engineering.
