摘 要:水泥砂浆属于工程实践中重要材料之一,而针对砌筑墙体砖块种类上,小砌块、普通烧结砖/普通混凝土砖/多孔混凝土砖都比较常用,优选精准可靠的检测方法,对其水泥砂浆实际强度予以测定,确保其能够满足于工程精度方面的要求。筒压检测方法,是现阶段广泛应用至材料强度方面的检测手段,所达到的检测精度与其可靠性都比较显著,更加适用于水泥砂浆实际强度方面的检测分析。鉴于此,本文主要依托筒压检测方法,围绕混凝土砖和小砌块类型砌筑体所用水泥砂浆总体强度开展试验测定及分析,旨在为业内相关人士提供参考。Cement mortar is one of the important materials required in engineering practice,and for the types of bricks used in masonry walls,small blocks,ordinary sintered bricks/ordinary concrete bricks/porous concrete bricks are commonly used.Therefore,it is necessary to select accurate and re‐liable testing methods to determine the actual strength of the cement mortar and ensure that it can meet the requirements of engineering accuracy.The cylinder pressure detection method is a widely used detection method in the field of material strength at present,and the achieved detection accuracy and reliability are significant,making it more suitable for the detection and analysis of the actual strength of cement mortar.In view of this,this article mainly relies on the cylinder pressure detec‐tion method to conduct experimental measurements and analysis on the overall strength of cement mortar used in concrete brick and small block masonry,aiming to provide reference for relevant professionals in the industry.
