摘 要:磷石膏(PG)制品具有质量轻、耐火性能良好以及绿色环保的优点,具有潜在应用价值。然而,PG制品耐水性能差,在建筑领域的应用受到了极大的限制。为了使得PG制品达到耐水性材料要求,往往需采取一定的措施以提高PG制品的耐水能力。本文以PG及其制品为对象,归纳了PG制品耐水性能低下的原因,综述了现有改善PG及其制品耐水性的措施,对比讨论各类改性方法的实际应用效果。最后,本文指出,为维持能源消耗和耐水性能的平衡,宜采用中温快烧与改善孔隙特征两类方法相结合,以便广泛地投入生产应用。Phosphogypsum(PG)products have the advantages of light weight,good fire resistance and green environmental protection,and have potential application value.However,PG products have poor water resistance,and their application in the construction field has been greatly limited.In order to make PG products meet the requirements of water-resistant materials,it is often necessary to take cer‐tain measures to improve the water resistance of PG products.Taking PG and its products as the object,this paper summarizes the reasons for the poor water resistance of PG products,summarizes the existing measures to improve the water resistance of PG and its products,and discusses the practical applica‐tion effects of various modification methods.Finally,the paper points out that in order to maintain the balance of energy consumption and water resistance,it is advisable to combine the medium tempera‐ture fast burning method with the improvement of pore characteristics,so as to be widely used in pro‐duction.
